Person Specification Experience Essential Strong team leadership experience in a healthcare environment, with a proven track record of managing large teams effectively.
Experience using EMIS or similar clinical systems, with the ability to manage and optimise their use for network-wide benefits.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and deliver projects on time.
Proven ability to manage performance and drive improvements, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leaders.
Understanding of NHS and PCN operational requirements, including compliance with NHS, CQC, and other relevant regulations.
Experience in HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
Desirable Previous experience working in a Primary Care Network (PCN) or with integrated care systems.
Knowledge of population health management and initiatives designed to improve access and outcomes for patients.
