Pcn Clinical Pharmacist

Background – Menlo Park are working with a highly regarded PCN looking to add a PCN Pharmacist to their small, close-knit team to cover two surgeries.
You will ideally have Primary Care experience and be a prescriber, however, the practice are happy to support with prescribing if not.
You will be part of a growing and motivated team with a very forward thinking attitude, always looking for ways to offer the best service to patients.
