Be responsiblefor organising events, courses and conferences (including hospitality and venuebookings)Raise invoicesand purchase orders.Maintainaction/activity trackers ensuring that information is continually updated.Tobe responsible for the monitoring and ordering of equipment and supplies asappropriate.Maintainconfidential staff files inputting and updating records.Maintainmandatory training and non-mandatory training records.Draftroutine HR letters and other documentation.

Person Specification Experience Essential Strong IT skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer/Google Chrome.
Experience of organising meetings.
Previous employment in an Administrative and/or Operational role.
Familiar with working in an office environment.
Experience of HR administration.
Able to set up/manage effective document management systems.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Experience of, and ability to present and produce clear, accurate and concise minutes, action points and reports.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Desirable Knowledge of SystmOne.
Experience of maintaining and updating websites, intranet, databases.
Experience of financial management.
NHS/GP Practice experience.
Other Essential Full driving licence and access to car.
