These programs cover a diverse range of technologies, including PTH boards, complex multilayer designs, rigid/flexi-rigid structures, surface mount technology, impedance-matched designs, RF applications, and more.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineers and PCB suppliers to create intricate PCB layouts tailored to specific technical requirements, including electrical, mechanical, thermal, and environmental considerations.
Your work may involve developing and refining cutting-edge technologies to meet our rigorous high-reliability standards, while ensuring high production yields and delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What we are looking for Extensive expertise in one or more specialized areas such as RF, high-speed, analogue, power, signal integrity (SI), or electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to ensure design requirements align with production processes.
Proven ability to lead and support design reviews and introduce new technologies at both national and international levels.
Deep knowledge and experience in PCB design, including best practices for high-reliability PCB layout.
Comprehensive understanding of PCB fabrication processes and technologies, including materials, stack-ups, and related considerations.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, both in-person and electronically, including collaboration with international partners.
