Pensions Administrator We're currently recruiting for a Pensions Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Team.
This role will be our Subject Matter Expert in pension admin and have responsibility for the daily administration of various pension schemes, including reconciling and raising payments to the providers.
Location: Flexible, hybrid working with once a week travel to Marriott House, Rushden Contract: Permanent, full-time – flexible and part-time hours is available if required.
Responsibilities As a Pensions Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Presentation, reconciliation, accuracy and timely submission of pension contributions and data schedules for all Kier pension arrangements.
Completion, processing, and submission of forms relating to starters, leavers, changes retirements, and deaths in respect of members of the pension schemes.
Answering queries from all stakeholders effectively and within service level agreement and support of triannual re-enrolment of employees into the pension schemes.
Upskilling, knowledge share and cross-training of team members to enable holiday cover and any peak workloads e.g.
TUPEs.
Periodically test and demonstrate results in respect of system changes associated with pensions (for example employee and employer contribution rates, salary sacrifice, LGPS amendments) to ensure the HR system remains compliant in respect of pensions.
What are we looking for?
This role of Pensions Administrator is great for you if you have: Previous experience of both pension and payroll administration is essential.
Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work on complex issues within tight timescales.
Effective communicator (both verbal and written), with good time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
High level of Excel knowledge.
An ability to work to an ever evolving, fast-paced environment.
