As the new Payroll Manager you will report into an experienced Head of Finance who has a thorough understanding of payroll. You will have two payroll staff that report into you and who conduct day to day payroll activities. As well as being someone who enjoys the challenge of improving practices and procedures you will thrive when taking a hands-on approach to your work.
The job Oversee and manage all payroll processes for multiple entities Ensure consolidation and automation of payroll processes across the organisation Ensure compliance to regulations within the payroll function Collaborate with other teams, including HR, to ensure seamless payroll operations and ensure a people centric approach to work.
