We have an amazing opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join the team based at our Birmingham dealership.
The Payroll Manager will oversee and manage the businesses' payroll functions, ensuring that payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
This role involves supervising payroll colleagues, developing policies and procedures, and working closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Hours - 40 Salary - £40,000 Requirements Manage the monthly payroll process.
Supervise the payroll team, and oversee all payroll administration.
Manage the annual salary and bonus review processes.
Produce salary and bonus confirmation letters Build and maintain reports, ensuring employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
Manage employee benefits, including private medical insurance, life assurance and pension.
Produce annual P11d's and PSA Produce the annual gender pay gap statistics and analyse the data to identify trends and underlying causes of any gap.
Liaise with Financial Accounts to ensure Payroll is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Respond to questions from colleagues with regards to salary, NI and tax.
Provide accurate data reports to the wider business.
Ensure payroll data is compliant and regulated with HMRC and other legislation.
Qualifications and Experience : Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Payroll Manager role.
