Payroll Assistant

Citadel Source is partnering with a successful financial services company based in the Bristol area to recruit an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their finance team.
The role Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the company-wide payroll.
About you To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a similar position, a strong understanding of payroll, and sound knowledge of accounting principles.
You will be detail-oriented, and organised and have strong communication skills.
As a Payroll Assistant, your role will include but not be limited to: Monthly payroll administration support to include new starters, leavers and benefit changes Update and maintain the benefits portal Assist with year-end transactions including P60 etc Monitoring the payroll inbox and acting on queries and escalation Any other payroll duties as required What the client has to offer A salary level of £25,000 to £30,000 Hybrid Parking Private Medical If you are interested in discussing this role, please reach out to Jesse Howes at Citadel Source
