As our new Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our employees and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Working as part of a fast paced team environment, you will play a pivotal role within the Group.

What you'll be doing Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls adhering to payroll processes, procedures and statutory legislation Audit and review of information received ensuring relevant internal procedures are followed and deadlines achieved Production of payroll reconciliation and control reports Answering queries and data requests from internal colleagues and external sources The role is for you if Excellent communication skills; professional handling of customer and internal contacts Collaborative worker who operates with colleagues to deliver joint success with a flexible and resilient manner Organized, high attention to detail and the ability to deliver to strict deadlines Confident with a professional manner and customer focused approach Good technical and numeracy skills, to include Excel Payroll experience (minimum 2 years) in a fast paced environment Practical experience of stand alone and integrated HR and Payroll systems Experience of using MHR iTrent and Iris Cascade systems desirable DFS Benefits Excellent salary Benefits Progression and Development opportunities to grow your skills A huge 30% colleague discount, plus 15% friends & family discount across our Group (DFS, Sofology, Dwell) Generous holiday allowance Access to a range of high street & online discounts from: Sainsburys, ASOS, Currys PC World, IKEA, John Lewis and more.
