?Are you a skilled Payroll professional seeking your next opportunity?Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their expanding team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a thriving company where you'll support both the Payroll and HR departments.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll processes and providing essential support across various areas.Key Responsibilities:Provide cover for payroll processingAdminister tasks related to starters, leavers, contract changes, and time/attendance recordsManage employee benefitsPrepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reportsAssist the Payroll Manager with payroll updates and statutory reportingReview and enhance existing payroll and HR processesSupport recruitment efforts, including contracts and records updatesAct as a bridge between the Payroll and HR departmentsUndertake additional HR/Payroll duties as neededWhat We're Looking For:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Payroll and/or HRAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksStrong Microsoft Excel and analytical skillsA proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solvingA mindset for reviewing and improving processesSalary & Hours:Salary: Circa £30,000Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am- 5:00pm; Friday, 8:30am- 1:30pmBenefits:Life insurance (4x salary upon joining the pension scheme)5% employer and 5% employee pension contributions25 days of annual leave plus 8 statutory holidaysEmployee discountsFree on-site parkingReferral programmeSick pay
