Description Shift pattern: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm The Team Welcome to the Production Departments in Limited, where we proudly supply the vast world of Lush with elegant Fragrances, Perfumes, Body Sprays & Lustres.

As a business made up of over 100 people, with roles including Compounders, Room Managers, Production Assistants, Team Leaders, Stock Controllers, Quality Control Specialists and R&D Project Managers, we take great pride in being the best smelling and most colourful bunch within Lush, and our responsibility extends to maintaining the unmistakable scent that defines Lush products and adding that sparkle to your bath.
The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a payroll assistant to support the EC and Perfumes departments.
As a payroll assistant having a personable approach is a necessity.
Interacting with staff will be a huge part of your daily routine, alongside being responsible for managing the timesheets in a timely manner.
You will have access to private and confidential information, and being tactful, discreet, and diplomatic is necessary for this position.
Responsibilities Daily registers Hold return-to-work meetings & pregnancy reviews Monitor attendance and log absences Overall staff communication Booking and managing staff holidays Inputting staff data into relevant systems, including Rota Geek Keeping notice boards up to date Complete under 18 and pregnancy risk assessments when required Assist with introducing new starters into the department General Management Support Be flexible when required to work different shifts and overtime To maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times Ability to support on the production floor when needed.
Skills and Experience Being able to use payroll timesheet systems To communicate confidently and clearly through phone, email and face-to-face Have a passion for learning Planning and organisational skills Problem-solving capabilities Pay attention to detail Be able to work independently and as part of a team A proactive approach to problem-solving Maintain positive morale within the team Excellent communication skills - written and spoken Basic computer skills, including Google spreadsheets Diversity Matters We are building a brand that represents the people of the world.
