Purpose of the Job A role within the busy Payments team completing various tasks.
The role will assist the Payments team with their daily and weekly tasks.
Key Responsibilities Assist production of daily payment runs.
Vendor clearing/reconciliation Input invoices into the finance system Assist with payment queries both suppliers and claimants.
Provide proof of payments/remittances as required Assist with various adhoc tasks across the payments team Key skills and experience to be evidenced within your application included; Good Excel skills The candidate will have good communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to work as part of a team but also capable of working on own initiative.
Attention to detail.
Ability to accurately complete tasks while meeting key deadlines.
