Jean Lefebvre (UK) Ltd is seeking a Pavement Team Leader to lead and deliver innovative pavement engineering projects across the UK.

About the Role As the Pavement Team Leader , you will:
Lead a talented consultancy team, delivering bespoke pavement designs and specifications.
Manage technical and forensic investigations to evaluate and improve pavement performance.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Drive innovation in pavement design, construction techniques, and sustainability practices.
Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Support business development and represent the company at industry events.
What You'll Bring A degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
Chartered Membership (or working towards) of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
In-depth knowledge of pavement materials, evaluation, maintenance, and lifecycle costing.
Experience in pavement condition surveys, asset management, and design standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
