Position: Pattern/Mould Maker Location: Rotherham Salary: £28,200 - £34,150 Monday-Thursday (8:00-16:30), Friday (8:00-15:30) Our client is at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the cast metals sector.

What You'll Do: Interpret pattern assembly instructions from the Design Team.
Confirm and implement manufacturing routes using SLA patterns, Styrofoam patterns, or sand-printed moulds.
Craft precise patterns following route card specifications and revisions.
Utilise Autodesk Powermill to create CAM tool paths for CNC machining.
Operate CNC machines, set up SLA builds, and handle post-build cleanup.
Manufacture and assemble running and gating systems for ceramic mould preparation.
Operate advanced 3D sand printing machines and prepare moulds for casting.
Conduct quality checks and collaborate with the CMM department.
Maintain meticulous standards and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary.
About You: Experienced: Skilled in pattern/mould making with a strong manufacturing background.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CNC machining and CAD/CAM software, including Autodesk Powermill, Lightyear, and Magics.
