You must be able to work collaboratively with the practice team to meet the needs of our patients, where high quality service delivery, complete confidentiality and patient satisfaction are an absolute priority.
Main duties of the job Maintain a professional and effective receptionist service for our patients.
Provide telephone and face to face access for patients to book, cancel and check appointments.
Deal with customers in a calm and sympathetic manner, working at a continuously high pace under pressure to deliver high levels of accuracy.
Support patients who may have a problem or complaint.
Undertake basic prescription administration training, ensuring that queries are answered in the absence of prescription team colleagues.
Engage in customer service processes and provide a high quality internal and external service.
Partake in any training, as appropriate for personal and professional development.Previous applicants need not apply.
