Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to undertake the role of a Band 3 Patient Services Co-ordinator, based within the Patient Services Department at Brecon War Memorial Hospital .
The post holder will require excellent communication skills, have a positive and flexible approach to the needs of the service, be motivated, ready for the next challenge and enjoy working as part of a very busy team.
Main duties of the job The post holder will provide administrative support within the Patient Services Department, managing waiting lists, booking and sending out appointments for clinics, marking patients as attending / non-attending and undertake audio typing for specialist clinics and consultants.
The post holder will also provide a range of clerical and secretarial services as directed.Knowledge of WPAS and previous audio typing experience is desirable.The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply About us Being the smallest Heath Board in Wales means that you won't get lost in the crowd.
