Job summary The post holder will assist the Deputy Director and Director ofOperations in addressing the Trust's strategic and operational agendaas it relates to the Division.
They will oversee day to day servicemanagement issues, liaising with departments and teams as requiredto secure the continued achievement of national and local keyperformance post holder will provide line management for key staff within theDirectorate/Division.
The post holder will deputise for the DeputyDirector of Operations when pursuing these duties the post holder will ensure compliance withthe NHS Constitution and be familiar with NHS England Policy andGuidance.
