Patient Administrator

Job Description Patient Administrator - Immediate start.
We are working alongside one of our clients who are looking for an Patient Administrator to join their team on an on going temporary basis.
(Chance to go perm) You will ensure all patient referrals are processed and appointments are booked efficiently.
Following all policies and undertake all administrative activities required along with providing excellent customer care to patients Duties: \n \n Dealing with all enquiries \n Day to day administration \n Correspondence typing letters/reports.
\n Completing Patient checklists \n Diary management with individual consultants.
\n Provide a comprehensive service to various consultants \n Meet and greet customer and clients \n Answer Phone/emails.
\n Appointment booking \n The ideal candidate will have good organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
You will be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
\n You should also have some prior experience in a Medical background (Not essential) \n \n Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00pm Pay Rate: 14.50p/h, Weekly Paid.
