Set within a listed Edwardian manor, this boutique property (and once single-family home) has a rich history of decadent hosts, candle lights and shadows which were honoured in a modern renovation to become a westside hide-a-way for creative cohorts and a venue that promotes the opportunity for ideas to grow.

The role Our Pastry Sous Chefwillassist the Executive and Head Chefs inthe successful and efficient running of thekitchenensuring thatallservices run smoothly, and our food consistently exceeds guestsexpectations.
