Pastry Chef - Michelin Star restaurant We are currently looking to recruit an experienced pastry chef to work as an integral part of the pastry team within the hotels Michelin starred restaurant.
The Pastry chef will sit at Junior Sous level with the pastry team and will assist the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person The successful Pastry Chef will have the following A proven, successful background from within a similar luxury hospitality environment - Michelin Star or multi-AA Rosette experience is essential A true passion for pastry with the ability to improve standards and implemented new ideas Initiative and creativity Effective communication skills Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring the junior chefs in their tasks.
Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen.
Possess a willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
