We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Pastry Commis Chef.

Our fully equipped modern central kitchen is located in Islington, easily accessible with public transport.
Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, tarts, quiches according to established recipes Ensure all food production meets quality standards and adheres to food safety regulations Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and trends Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Work Schedule: 5 days a week Requirements: A passion for pastry and dessert-making Basic English communication skills Previous experience in a bakery is a plus but not necessary, full training will be given If youre excited about learning and developing your skills in pastry, wed love to hear from you!
