Excellent New Pastry Chef Opportunity at Popular Country Dining Pub & Restaurant A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Oakham & Stamford for a Pastry Chef to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant.
Salary & Benefits Salary package to £34k d.o.e (Basic to £30k + tips) 48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off 5 weeks holiday - Christmas Day & NYE off 4 nights off per week Sun-Tues + 1 more day Work in brand new refurbished modern kitchen The Role Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef Brand New refurbished kitchen Input into menu ideas for the bar and restaurant Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to AA rosette levels The Person You will already be a Pastry Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higher Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator Highly motivated and focused.
