The role: We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partiefrom a fresh food background to run the Pastry section.
You will prepare your dishes, ensure your section is ready for service and present your pastry dishes during service.
You will be working with great produce and experienced chefs with a background in rosette awarded restaurants so this is a great place to learn and progress.
This role will include all the normal Pastry Chef de Partieduties.
Experience: We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partiefrom a fresh food background, ideally cooking in rosette or award winning restaurants.
You will have good pastry skills and enjoy working with fresh produce.
