Character Specification: Essential experience in SEMH, SEN, or behaviour management.
A strong desire to make a difference in the lives of young people from diverse backgrounds with a range of needs.
Background experience in children's homes, alternative education provisions, or similar environments is highly desirable.
Graduates in Psychology, Education, Health and Social Care, or related fields (2.1 or higher) are encouraged to apply.
