Bell Group is looking for an experienced Passive Fire Contracts Manager to join our Airdrie team in a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage fire protection contracts to ensure timely and compliant completion.
- Lead and motivate site staff, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Foster strong client relationships and deliver on promises.
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
- Support the growth of the fire protection business and manage site-based staff, including apprentices.
- Promote Bell's values and ensure all operatives follow our Code of Conduct and safety standards.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years' experience in Passive Fire Protection.
- 5+ years of trade experience, with strong knowledge of fire regulations.
- Third-party accreditation preferred.
