Passive Fire Contracts Manager

Logical are working with a large established Passive Fire client who are looking to expand the team and bring on a permanent Passive Fire Contracts Manager on a full time permanent basis.
They cover a range of projects including schools, museums, care homes, hospitals and student accommodations across the country.
Must have:3 years+ experience as a Passive Fire Contracts ManagerExperience running multiple projects at the same timeCurrent industry knowledge and networkingGood knowledge of trade products and solutionsNVQ in Passive Fire or IFE Level 2 – Passive FireFull UK driving licenseDuties include:Oversee all aspects of multiple projects and contracts from survey to handoverPlan, organise, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with zero defects, prioritising customer satisfactionAssist in design, lead procurement, surveying, oversee installations, and commissioning processesManage quality inspections and residents' engagement sessionsPlan project workflows to ensure timely completionLocation:South East or East Midlands - this client has two offices so they are open to the Contracts Manager working in either officeIf interested please give Sophie a call on 07568128066 or apply directly for a call back.
