As a Resourcing Advisor at Morrisons, your primary purpose is to drive the recruitment and selection process to secure top talent for our business.
With a focus on attracting diverse candidates who embody our values and culture, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining
Through your expertise in resourcing, you will contribute to the achievement of our strategic objectives by identifying, attracting, and securing the best talent in the market.
This will be a 12 month fixed term contract covering a secondment.
Full ownership of end to end recruitment process, from role design/initial briefing through to offer and onboarding
Managing candidate offer/ benefits package with support where needed from internal employee relations with the People / Reward team
Building strong pipelines of candidates by utilising effective sourcing strategies e.g.
LinkedIn, internal networks and our ATS
Influencing hiring managers to support our diversity aspirations.
Upskilling hiring managers on interview techniques and inclusive recruitment
Gather hiring data for your functional area and translate it into meaningful insight to present to stakeholder partners
Work with respective stakeholders to identify gaps in skills and help build succession plans
This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford.
Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions.
Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.

Experience in iternal or external recruitment and/or prior experience within a relevant function
Understanding of search and selection methodologies that supports proactive recruitment e.Natural interest in talent mapping and market analysis techniques
Proficiency in using an ATS and other relevant tools
Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies
Proficiency in project management and organisational skills
