Parts Supervisor – Reading, Berkshire (Automotive Industry) My client is looking to recruit a forward thinking, motivated Parts Supervisor to lead and manage the department on a daily basis, and reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
Location is Reading in Berkshire Job Role – Parts Supervisor Salary is circa 28k basic / 34k OTE This is working in superb premises for a strong brand.
Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate being a leader of people.
You will need to have a strong knowledge on Parts KPIs and processes, whilst being an excellent communicator and people person.
You will be responsible for all of the daily functions within the department.
Parts Supervisor Role:To oversee the parts department operationTo co-ordinate the receipt and return of manufacturers goodsTo ensure goods received are dispatch or stocked on a daily basisTo ensure that all stock is received, checked and properly storedTo ensure that all parts and accessories are correctly binned and accurately recordedTo select items accurately, progress and dispatch orders efficientlyTo order parts and accessories, under the direction and supervision of the Aftersales ManagerTo ensure that the parts departments records are kept up to dateMaintain accurate cash and credit controls Parts Supervisor Role:Previous experience of working with a main dealer Parts DepartmentGood organisational skillsGood customer care skills Salary is circa 28k basic / 34k OTE
