Job description VACANCY ALERTParts Supervisor - LeicesterPrestige Franchised DealershipOur client, the No1 motor trade employer in the country, is looking for recruit an experienced Parts Supervisor This is a rare yet FANTASTIC opportunity to work with the best.....FACT The Parts Supervisor Role: As Parts Supervisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers.You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing.You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained, and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.You will be managing stock and helping to maximise the profitability and efficiency of the department.You will coordinate with the workshops and Sales teams as well as selling directly to the public.
About you: Previous experience within the motor industry in a similar role is essential and as well as experience of analysing and controlling KPI's and budgets.Ideally, you will be highly motivated with a clear understanding of stock control, parts administration, systems and profitability.Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential and a good knowledge of Kerridge is desirableHigh levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role.Fantastic communication skills and customer facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone.Be a team leader as well as a team player, keep morale high and work alongside the Parts ManagerYou will also have a full driving licence We are looking for someone who is passionate for delivering excellent customer service and has the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.
