Parts Sales Manager - Milton Keynes About the Role Join Jungheinrich UK as a Parts Sales Manager, leading our central parts team to deliver exceptional customer service and support for both internal and external clients.
In this role, you'll manage and develop a team focused on maximising revenue, driving process improvements, and supporting Jungheinrich's commitment to a safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing parts sales team, fostering Jungheinrich's values and promoting a positive, safety-oriented work environment.
- Customer Support & Order Management: Oversee parts orders and customer communication through SAP, from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely service and effective solutions.
- Process Improvement: Drive process efficiency within the team, enhancing customer satisfaction and aligning with Jungheinrich's operational standards.
- Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns, and support the growth of digital sales channels.
- Pricing & Strategy: Implement and manage pricing strategies in line with Jungheinrich policies, maintaining market competitiveness and resolving any pricing issues.
- Operational Support: Assist the Head of Parts Management in overseeing central parts operations within the Customer Service division.
Person Requirements - Proven experience as a team leader, with conflict-resolution skills and a track record of achieving results.
- Experience in a Parts based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and contribute to Jungheinrich's growth.
