Parts Manager Capital Equipment/Material Handling East Midlands - 35-45K Basic Salary Plus Bonus Scheme, Company Vehicle, Contributory Pension with DiS/illness cover, 25 days Holiday, Bupa Scheme Plus Much More Location My client is looking for a Parts Manager to effectively manage and develop a national parts distribution business that supports a large branch and dealer network across the UK & Ireland.
The role is a senior management opportunity that would involve both branch based and field based duties, however the successful candidate would need to be commutable to a Head Office location in the East Midlands area.
Salary Salary is commensurate with experience but guidelines are around the 40K mark as a basic plus a company vehicle, bonus scheme plus many incentives are also included such as a pension scheme with life-assurance/illness cover, 25 days holiday, structured career development plus more.

The Company Part of a global corporation the company specialise in the sale and distribution of capital equipment and material handling solutions Experience The ideal candidate for this position would have a detailed parts background and would have some experience of managing people and a team.
In addition you would be an ambitious individual with good customer awareness and will have had some exposure to using similar parts systems or after-sales processes.
We are however open on product background and applicants from a variety of different industries are encouraged to apply, this may include construction, agricultural, automotive/cars or more You will be a proven man-manager who leads from the front and has an excellent track record of driving sales through effectively managing a team.
It is essential that you are well presented, professional, organised, ambitious and self motivated.
