Parts Manager

Job DescriptionMy client is a privately runned family business and have a small parts department and looking for a new Parts Manager.This would ideally suit a number 2 who would like the opportunity to manage his/her own department.We run a Mazda, Mitsubishi and Honda approved parts department and operate daily deliveries to trade customers.We are currently doing approx.
£137,000 per month turnover.
Basic salary for the right person would be £33,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus for hitting manufacture targets.There is no OTE as we pay 1 ½ % of the bottom-line profit.I would expect on current levels that this position would pay around £40000 per annum.
Improve the performance and earn more.
Hours 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 8.00- 1.00pm (Saturdays are paid as overtime on top of basic wage).
