Job Description Parts Advisor needed in the Watford area in Hertfordshire Job Role – Parts Advisor Job Location – WatfordSalary – circa £30,000 depending on experience Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm Responsibilities will include the below but will develop and increase as the successful candidate progresses: Dealing with customers coming into the front counterDealing with customer phone ordersServing the workshop staffProviding quotes to customers and workshop staffChecking in parts deliveriesManaging parts stockTo promote parts sales The ideal candidate will have: Good solid parts background / trade partsTelesales experienceExcellent Customer Service SkillsA good team ethicFlexibilityGood organisational skills
