Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor Telford Monday to Friday // 39 hours per week £23,500 Overtime on Saturday mornings (Rota basis) A leading automotive dealership is seeking a skilled Parts Advisor.
The role involves processing and upselling parts, building relationships and addressing technical questions.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.
Duties: Work within a busy aftersales department to handle customer parts requirements.
Process and upsell parts, offering additional solutions to customers.
Address technical requests using product identification aids.
Build trustworthy and professional relationships with customers.
Interact with customers visiting the premises.
Meet the internal parts needs of the workshop team.
Conduct market research and gather relevant industry information.
Liaise with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Essential: Excellent customer service skills and strong administrative abilities.
A positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of the motor vehicle or automotive trade is a plus.
Experience working towards performance targets.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
A full driving licence is essential.
