MVS is an evolving business supporting customer de-fleet, multiple remarketing channels and a complete range of vehicle preparation services.
This requires an agile and responsive operational function able to support a variation of process.
As we develop the range of services delivered and expand our customer base, the operations team including gate-in, Swift or other defined processes, inspection, imagery and all variations of vehicle preparation, need to deliver these services within SLA and to a very high standard.Team members are responsible for ensuring all customer defined requirements are delivered ensuring operational and customer service excellences are always met.Scope of Role:To assist with all administration activities relating to parts inbound and outbound, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the parts department.Objectives for Role: Managing daily inbound deliveries from our suppliers ,this includes checking stock against invoices and labelling with relevant registrations and storing in location .Issuing out materials to to our workshop teams and ensuring correct parts issued and Autostock updated with the transactionsRegular stock takes to ensure stock levels are accurate VS AutostockManage and process returns of any surplus stock / incorrect stockProvide excellent quality customer service, including interacting with other departments, answering departmental enquiries.Monitoring Costs per panel , to ensure we are against target for cost to panelChecking workshops for surplus stock , and retrieving and return to impress stockPreferable Skills:Good Administrative skillsGood attention to detail with a high level of accuracyAbility to communicate with colleagues and customers of all levels.STRICTLY NO AGENCIES PLEASEWe work with a carefully selected set of recruitment agencies and we're not looking to add to our PSL.We do not accept unsolicited agency CV's sent to the recruitment team or directly to the hiring manager.
