Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team at UAP.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with UAP's goals and objectives.
You will work closely with educational institutions, agents, and internal teams to ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial and contribute to the growth and success of UAP.
This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving UAPs expansion and influence within the global education sector.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with UAP's goals, vision, and values.
Identify and establish relationships with new educational partners, agents, and institutions globally to expand UAPs network.
Stay informed on trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure UAP maintains a competitive advantage.

Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all partners, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring continuous communication.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, product development, student services) to ensure partner requirements are met and integrated into UAP's offerings.
Address partner inquiries, feedback, and issues promptly, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.

Contract Negotiation and Oversight: Lead partnership negotiations, securing beneficial agreements that align with both UAP's and partners' interests.
Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse partnership performance through defined KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on the status and success of partnership activities.
5.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Set clear performance objectives for the team, support their professional development, and promote continuous improvement.
6.
Brand Representation and Advocacy: Create and deliver compelling presentations that highlight UAP's unique value proposition, success stories, and student services.
Represent UAP at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote UAP's brand and forge new partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education.
Demonstrated experience 3 years in partnership management within the education sector or related industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and contracts while delivering tangible results.
Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and data-driven performance analysis.
Willingness to travel extensively (60-70% travel required).
