The Company Our client is an ambitious 4-year-old media business which, in the last 12 months alone, has grown from 12 to nearly 100 employees as they accelerate their growth.
Their mission is to help every young person, no matter their background, to explore career & HE pathways.
Furthermore, they help corporations to plan for future employment, diversity, and inclusion.
They have a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and are looking for a Partnerships Manager (as well as some Partnerships Execs).
The Role of Partnerships Manager As Partnerships Manager, you will be engaging with employers of all types from across the public and private sector.
You will be discussing a range of digital media solutions that can help them engage with the early careers sector.
Those solutions range from immediate-term recruitment advertising to company-specific virtual events and targeted virtual work experience programs, which allow companies to educate young persons on the various career paths within their organization (a critical aspect of planning for future recruitment/talent).
Those students who participate in the work experience are expected to actively engage with the program and, in return, are rewarded with a certification.
As this is a newly created role in a growing sales department, you will need to go out and find new clients initially, and each new client you win, you will then keep and account manage moving forward.
Therefore, the role will start off new business-focused and then become more of a balance between new business and account management/growth.
