Your primary responsibilities: Business Development & Growth: Actively seek and seize opportunities to expand client accounts, positioning Fishtank as a trusted, long-term partner.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with client objectives.
Support new business efforts by contributing to pitches and proposals for potential clients.
Client Relationship Leadership: Build and sustain trust-based, strategic partnerships with clients, becoming a key advisor in their growth journey.
Translate client objectives into innovative, results-driven marketing strategies.
Regularly review account performance and refine approaches to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and success.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and inspire a team of account managers and specialists, cultivating an environment of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
Guide campaign strategies, problem-solving, and client communication, empowering the team to excel.
Foster internal growth by identifying and nurturing talent, contributing to our culture of promoting from within.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Partner with clients and internal teams to design and deliver integrated online and offline marketing campaigns that exceed expectations.
Oversee the seamless execution of campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Leverage data and analytics to optimise campaigns, identify actionable insights, and drive continual improvement.

You must have: This role is ideal for someone who excels at building client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can manage complex, multi-channel campaigns while delivering exceptional results .

Required Skills/Experience: Proven experience in account management, business development, or related roles, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build trust and articulate ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities for client and organisational success.
Strong project management abilities, managing multiple campaigns and priorities with ease.
