Role Overview
We are seeking a Partnerships Development Manager to build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive growth, revenue, and brand visibility.
As part of our growth strategy, you will focus on identifying, nurturing, and optimizing partnerships with fintech platforms, SaaS providers, and other industry leaders to enhance Kasha's offerings and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development: Hunt, Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with fintech, SaaS, and complementary business platforms to expand Kasha's ecosystem and capabilities.

Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value creation, alignment of goals, and long-term collaboration.

Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to co-create joint campaigns, product integrations, or service offerings that amplify partner value.

Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Onboarding and Enablement: Lead onboarding processes for partners, ensuring smooth integrations and alignment with Kasha's objectives and technical infrastructure.

Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure partnership success, optimize ROI, and report regularly to senior leadership.

Event Participation: Represent Kasha at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote the platform and establish new connections.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or B2B industries.
Hunter mentality with an ambition for growth Strong understanding of fintech and SaaS ecosystems, including APIs, integrations, and value-driven collaborations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a track record of forging successful partnerships.
Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership management platforms.
Passion for empowering small businesses and enabling success through technology.
What We Offer
Base Salary - £50,000-£60,000 (DOE) & OTE of £80,000+ Flexible remote working with opportunities to travel to our London office and international locations.
