At Trowers & Hamlins, we're seeking a dedicated professional to join our London Finance department's Tax Team.
You'll be part of a dynamic group responsible for managing the tax affairs of our partnership and individual partners.
Hybrid working in any UK office with a permanent, full-time contract.
Be part of a small, dedicated tax team within a prestigious law firm.
Engage in diverse tax-related tasks and projects.
The Role As a Partnership Tax Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in our team.
Manage queries from partners about their pay and tax affairs daily.
Calculate partner net of tax drawings allowances and set payments.
Handle partner promotions, changes, and departures.
Prepare partner tax reserves, personal tax returns, and payments to HMRC.
Review and amend tax codes, and manage tax planning for partners.
Report on Short Term Business Visitors and cover for team members.
Engage in various ad hoc tasks due to the small size of the tax team.
The Candidate We're looking for a skilled Partnership Tax Accountant to join us.
Must be ATT qualified or have equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of experience in personal tax.
Proficient in Excel and CCH personal tax software.
Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
A proactive team player who can also work autonomously.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
