The Ideal Candidate: 10 Plus PQE: The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as a qualified lawyer, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal practice.
Experience as a Partner : Prior experience as a partner within a law firm indicates the ability to take on a leadership role and contribute significantly to the firm's success.
