Our team focuses on supportingexisting Sellers to adopt new products and tools that help growtheir business.
In 2024, our focus has been on speed and deliveryexperience and we will be expanding to a wider range of tools andprograms in 2025.
In this role, work directlywith Selling Partners, and on projects to improve the experience ofbuying and selling on Amazon.
You will need to drive businessdevelopment conversations with top accounts, analyze complex datato identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will haveexperience leading a target-driven team in an environment withsignificant ambiguity, and a track-record of success in buildingpartnerships up to C-level with large, complexbusinesses.
YOURRESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute strategies to meetdefined sales and growth goals for your portfolio of high-valueselling partners Analyze complex data toidentify opportunities for growth and improvements to the sellingpartner experience.
Work withcross-functional teams to drive MFN product improvementinitiatives, leveraging Selling Partner feedback to drive change.
Advocating for the needs of UK SellingPartners with local and global teams.
Key jobresponsibilities Establish and manager thebusiness and technical relationships with C-level key decisionmakers, managing the day-to-day interactions with theseorganisations in order to build partnerships.
Develop aclear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs,articulating compelling rationale for why Partners should launch onAmazon and working closely with Partner Teams to drive positiveSX.
Understand and utilize CRM tools such as Salesforceto track pertinent account information and sales progress as wellas forecast and prioritize to meet or exceed quarterly enrollmenttargets.
