Your rolewill be focused on partnering with high potential Sellers across avariety of different categories to grow their online businessesthrough promotional and deals activity e.g.
participating in PrimeDay and Black Friday deal events.
You will be expected to developsales pipeline using a highly consultative and data drivenapproach.
You will help your Selling Partners develop Promotionsstrategies including competitive selection, pricing and productavailability.
You will also work as part of our EU Deals team toensure delivery of Deals strategy across all major deals eventsmaximizing both Customer Experience and sales.
Lastly you will beresponsible for using feedback from the Selling Partners you workwith to find opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services,processes, systems and tools for all 3rd partysellers.
Key job responsibilities 1.Articulate compelling value propositions around various Promotionsoptions.

Identify and convert a sales pipeline using ahighly consultative and data driven approach 3.
DevelopPromotions strategies to deliver competitive selection, pricing andproduct availability 4.
Seek out new Promotionsopportunities - regularly reviewing metrics to identify areas ofunexploited potential 5.
Ensure implementation of Dealsstrategy across all major deals events maximizing both CustomerExperience and sales.

Educate sellers to learn andmaster Amazon's promotions tools and systems so they may becomeself-sufficient 7.
Track and report business developmentresults, analyze data, interpret reports and information for yourportfolio of sellers 8.
Work on projects with Europeancolleagues on the further development of our services in the areaof 3P Deals & Promotions.
BASICQUALIFICATIONS Your Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or relatedfields - relevant professional work experience - The ability to think strategically and to drive thedetailed execution of specific initiatives - Excellentnegotiation and communication (written and verbal) skills(English) - Strong analytical skills with the abilityand appetite to get deep into the data when required (intermediateExcel skills) - Action and results focused mind-set -responsibility for achieving your quarterly targets -Passionate about online businesses, e-commerce and sales - Customer focused, extremely detail-oriented, able to effectivelyprioritize and multi-task while working autonomously -Strong ability to handle objections PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS PreferredQualifications: - Experience in building relationshipsand driving growth with new and existingcustomers/partners - Experience in management consultingor account management (buying, product management or businessdevelopment) - Experience in e-commerce or retail isadvantageous but not essential - Experience withdatabases, and SQL Amazon is anequal opportunities employer.
