The Strategic AccountServices (SAS) team is seeking a Partner Manager, who isself-motivated, results-driven and capable of working in a dynamicenvironment, focussed on recruiting Sellers onto our SASprogrammes.
Through this programme, Sellers work closely with adedicated Marketplace Consultant on strategic initiatives, andreceive premium operational support, with the aim of growing theirbusiness on Amazon.
In this role, yourprimary responsibility will be to manage and convert aninternally-allocated pipeline using a highly consultative approach.You will be responsible for working with Sellers to buildrelationships with key influencers and decision-makers, to presenta compelling Paid Services solution that meets and exceeds ourSellers' requirements.
Additionally, you will collaborate closelywith internal Amazon stakeholders and cross-functional teams todevelop supporting strategies and materials to ensure high programadoption.
To be successful in this role youwill need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,and motivated to meet and exceed challenging goals.
Key job responsibilities • Developa clear understanding of our Sellers and their needs, along withthe features and functionalities of the programme •Articulate compelling, tailored value propositions targeting Sellerneeds • Manage a pipeline of internal leads, to qualify,and engage with prospective Sellers • Work closely withthe internal Marketplace Consultant team to smoothly onboardSellers • Understand and utilise CRM tools to trackpertinent account information and sales progress •Forecast and prioritise to meet or exceed quarterly targets • Represent the programme at internal and externalSeller events • Manage internal projects to driveimprovements at team level, providing feedback on the valueproposition to affect change and implementing initiatives to closebusiness BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • BA/BSdegree or equivalent experience • Relevant experiencewithin Sales/Recruitment • Experience prospecting,qualifying, and cold-calling companies • Demonstratedsuccess in exceeding sales targets using a consultative,solutions-focused approach • Proven ability tosuccessfully influence at all levels within an organization,particularly at the executive level • Ability toprioritise and manage multiple responsibilities •Experience in presenting a service to a broad audience at publicevents • Always does what is right for the customerrelentlesslycustomer-focused PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS • Sound business judgment, proven abilityto influence others • Strong analytical skills includingMicrosoft Excel • Experience in eCommerce •Superior communication and presentation skills • Abilityto thrive in an ambiguous environment, prioritising and managingmultiple responsibilities • Creative, has initiative, andcan constructively advocate on behalf of thecustomer Amazon is an equalopportunities employer.
