Partner Manager (Copilot) 18 month contract (PAYE) Fully remote - UK based
We are looking for a proactive Partnerships professional to work on developing our clients' Partnership ecosystem across EMEA.
This role is high profile and will involve contact with C-level contacts across enterprise-level organisations.
To be considered, you will have some technical expertise in Copilot, and a good understanding of what Copilot and AI does. You will be working in a global team informing and improving knowledge and skills to drive successful outcomes for both partners and customers alike.
As one of the Copilot Partner Managers, you will be responsible for enabling and empowering partners to deliver high-quality solutions based on Microsoft Copilot 365.
Duties:Working closely with the partner ecosystem as well as sales, product, and marketing teams.Partner Programs: developing partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate and leverage partner programs and resources.Educate partners on program benefits and requirements, identify and match partner needs with the right resources, and facilitate workshops and training sessions for partners.Support technical product implementation and troubleshooting, build persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handle technical queries with a solution-oriented approach.Work together with partners and help them formulate their market strategy, including positioning in the market, competitive advantage, and execution of the market strategy.Experience needed:Customer-focused and a consultancy approach to working with partners, increasing capacity for new and upcoming AI products.Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience of Copilot is essential.
