Partner Manager - Agency Partnerships Location: London Hybrid: 3 days in the office Salary: up to £80k DOE Reporting to: Head of Partnerships - UK & Europe We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to join a rapidly growing fintech company revolutionising global payments with a customer-centric, all-in-one solution for e-commerce and retail.
The right candidate will cultivate long-term relationships with digital agencies and drive growth through top-tier e-commerce payment solutions.
Youll collaborate with our client's skilled sales, marketing, and support teams, alongside industry-leading payment specialists.

The Role: Build partnerships with digital agencies across the UK through outbound sales, networking, social selling, and event participation.
Manage agency partnerships throughout their lifecycle, from initial pitch to fostering strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Maximise partnership potential by driving growth and generating leads through initiatives like co-marketing (e.g., webinars, white papers, panels) and applying best practices (e.g., launch plans, quarterly reviews).
Work closely with our client's product and solutions teams to deliver expert support and guidance to agencies.
Serve as the main contact for UK agencies, showcasing in-depth knowledge of our client's solutions.
Turn agencies into enthusiastic advocates, encouraging referrals within their client and e-commerce networks.
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in a sales-driven partnerships role within the technology sector, preferably in e-commerce or payments.
Strong passion for the e-commerce and payments industry, with a proven track record of building partnerships and creating commercial opportunities.
Well-connected within the UK digital agency network, with the ability to leverage relationships for new business.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with a history of exceeding sales targets and enabling successful client referrals through partner relationships.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach, working closely with commercial teams to drive growth.
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, and attend industry events.
Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation abilities.
