The Role The firm is seeking a Construction Senior Associate / Partner to join their modern and growing Manchester office.
You will work predominantly on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, providing representation in all forums of dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation, expert determination, arbitration, and litigation.
You will also have the opportunity to involve yourself with a broad array of construction contracts including JCT's.

As this firm is investing heavily into their construction department, they are open to considering more than one individual.

Requirements You will be a Construction Solicitor with 6+ years PQE and experience spanning both contentious & non-contentious Construction Law matters.
