You need to be happy working independently, using your own initiative.You'll be a visible and reassuring presence for Owners, being part of a team that helps to provide security and peace of mind 24 hours a day with the knowledge that someone is at hand if needed.
You will help to maintain the communal areas, provide a safe environment for our Homeowners and support with activities within the development.Working in the Retirement Living sector provides fantastic personal reward where you can make a positive difference every day, enhancing the lives of our Homeowners.About youThe successful person will have fantastic customer care skills, be empathetic and enjoy a busy and varied role.
Previous experience as a Support Worker is not essential, however you will have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail or the care industry.You will be both supportive and reassuring and able to maintain confidentiality.
You'll know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy but also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the development.
