We are seeking to hire a Receptionist for a 12 month FTC Maternity leave cover.
This individual will report into the PA of the CEO and will be the first point of contact for guests and colleagues for our Mayfair head office, as well as providing administrative services to the Executive leadership.
Responsibilities
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls, acting as gatekeeper where required;
Receiving and sorting mail for general company inbox;
Acting as first point of contact for the company, meeting a greeting guests, providing refreshments etc;
Coordinating and managing meeting rooms;
Office management support, including mail, facilities, equipment, F&B and stationary stock management;
Executive travel management including booking/negotiating on flights, hotels and transfers
Booking external meeting venues;
Some basic PA support for key personnel related to the family office;
Basic bookkeeping and payments for the business and some key personnel related to the family office.
Requirements
Experience in a similar position or within guest management;
Previous experience working for a financial or professional services company preferred;
Experience managing travel bookings (Executive travel preferred);
Willing to learn new skills;
Ability to multitask;
Polite manner, both on the phone and in person;
Confident, people person;
Trustworthy and reliable;
Immediate starter highly preferred.
