Part-time Receptionist Closes: 12/12/2024 We are looking for a confident and well-presented person with a professional telephone manner to join us as Receptionist in our busy Nissan & Renault dealership.As a Receptionist with us, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and ensure a smooth and efficient introduction to the sales and service teams.You'll be effortless and genuine when talking to our customers, putting their needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do.
You'll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.This role is part-time, consisting of 3 full days a week (Monday to Wednesday, 08:30am – 5:30pm).About you:Well-spoken with excellent communication skillsExtremely punctual and organizedExcellent English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate well via email and phoneAlways working to ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfactionAdministrative and customer service experience preferredExcellent telephone mannerIT literatePrevious Front of House reception or hospitality experience is essential.
